About rondy life

Hello.

I created rondy life because I needed it too.

A Note From the Founder

Hands holding a warm mug, wrapped in soft linen

For many years, I lived in a way that looked successful from the outside. I studied, worked hard, built a career as a physiotherapist, bought a home, and kept moving towards the next goal. Yet somewhere along the way, I became disconnected from myself.

In 2019, burnout became too loud to ignore. What followed was not a quick fix, but a gradual unfolding. Through slowing down, travel, nature, movement, reflection, and curiosity, I began learning how to listen to my body again.

What I discovered is that many of us are carrying more than we realise. We rush. We overthink. We lose touch with what we need. We forget that we are part of nature, not separate from it.

rondy life is a space for returning.

Returning to the body.

Returning to yourself.

Returning to the rhythms that support wellbeing, presence, and a more connected way of living.

Here you'll find reflections, audio letters, gentle practices, movement resources, and wellbeing tools designed to support real life. Nothing complicated. Nothing to master. Just simple invitations to pause, notice, and reconnect.

My hope is that this space supports you in creating a little more awareness, self-compassion, and trust in your own inner wisdom.

I'm grateful you're here.

With warmth,

Natasha Rondy

The rondy life Journey

An illustrated map of the rondy life journey through nature, movement, and reflection

I didn't set out to create rondy life.

Life simply made me curious.

Curious about emotions.

Curious about movement.

Curious about what helps us feel safe, connected, and truly at home within ourselves.

Like many people, I have experienced seasons of growth, challenge, burnout, uncertainty, and change.

Along the way, I discovered something simple.

Nature became my greatest teacher and friend.

Movement helped me feel and listen.

Reflection deepened my understanding.

Relationships nourished or drained me.

And little by little, I found my way back to myself.

rondy life grew from that journey.

Not as a destination.

But as an invitation.

An invitation to slow down.

To listen.

To reconnect.

To live with greater awareness, compassion, and intention.

A life in connection.

A life from the heart.
