Privacy Policy
rondy life is a small, independent project. We collect as little as possible, and only what helps us make the work better. This page explains what that means in practice.
Website analytics
We use our own lightweight analytics — no third-party advertising networks, no cross-site tracking, no selling of data. When you allow analytics cookies, we record the page visited, how long the visit lasted, an approximate traffic source (for example a search engine, Instagram or a direct visit), your device type, and a random identifier stored in your browser so repeat visits can be counted once. We do not store your name, your full IP address, or anything that identifies you personally. If you decline, no analytics record is created and the identifiers are removed.
QR campaign tracking
Printed cards and posters sometimes carry a QR code with a campaign name in the link (for example ?qr=pause). This tells us which card someone came from. It is part of the analytics above and is only recorded when analytics cookies are allowed.
Body Notes newsletter
When you sign up for Body Notes we record your email address and the date and status of the sign-up so we can see whether confirmation emails are arriving. The newsletter itself is delivered by Kit (kit.com), which holds the subscriber list and processes your email address on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email, and you may ask us to delete your sign-up record.
Enquiry forms
Field Notes, movement session and collaboration enquiries store the details you send us — typically your name, email address and message — so we can reply. Submissions are stored in our secure database and a notification email is sent to us via Resend. These messages are never used for marketing and are kept only as long as needed for the conversation and our records.
Payments
Payments are currently connected in test mode only through Paddle, and no live transactions are being taken. If and when paid offerings launch, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and handles card details directly — we never see or store your payment information.
Where your information is held
Information is stored in our managed database and hosting infrastructure, with access restricted to the site owner. Email delivery uses Kit (newsletter) and Resend (notifications). Each of these providers processes data on our instructions.
Your choices
You can change your cookie choice at any time via Cookie Preferences. You may also ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to hello@rondy.life and we'll respond as soon as we can.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page will be updated. Last reviewed: July 2026.
