rondy life
What if learning to slow down, pause and rest could change the way you experience yourself?
Perhaps you push through when you actually need to pause. Maybe you notice tension and jump straight into finding a 'fix'. Or perhaps you make decisions from your mind alone, forgetting that your body is also a place to learn from and a source of guidance you can learn to trust.
Years of working as a physiotherapist taught me that our bodies are constantly adapting, shaped by what we experience and the world around us.
rondy life explores this relationship, creating space to notice, listen and understand before deciding how we want to respond.
Physiotherapy-informed movement, guided practices, reflective writing and body awareness resources offer different ways to explore your relationship with your body, at your own pace.
Let’s start with a little curiosity
A guided journal, a little gift from me to you, to help you notice what's happening in your body, with curiosity and without needing to immediately fix, change or make sense of it.
